Our gite Mimosas is a charming single stage guest-house which used to be the former master's home within the mansion.
It is equipped for 2 to 8 people. On the ground floor are the kitchen and the dining/living room with a fireplace. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. More pictures can be seen on our website.
The Domaine de Pommayrac is situated in an amazing environment of vineyards, pine tree forests and hilly meadows.
You also can be lodged in an other single stage guest-house for 2 to 4 p., studios (with kitchenette) or bedroom(s). The restaurant on the property serves fine cuisine prepared with local products and famous French wines.
There are on and from the property various outdoor activities for the entire family, children and adults : horse and pony riding, walks, hiking with a pack-donkey, mountain biking... We also run a watersports centre where one can rent canoes and kayaks.
The main natural, historical and tourist sites of the region are quite close (Carcassonne (15km), Cathar castles, the Pyrenees, the Mediterranean Sea...). Local products, especially the numerous wines, are very famous and can be tasted and bought directly at the producers'.
And last thing but not the least, pets also are welcome!
