Welcome to Duart House

Offering self catering for a large group or family in a luxurious and contemporary, spacious family home. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Ideal for a family get-together or special occasion.

The house is fitted to a high standard with solid wood flooring, log burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. Master double room on the ground floor with ensuite bathroom, two further double bedrooms on the first floor, both with ensuite shower rooms, two bunk bed rooms, also on the first floor. A mezzanine level offers guests a stunning view of the Rothiemurchus Forest and hills beyond, from the picture window.

There is a large private garden and luxury hot tub, with patio bbq area and garden dining furniture, ideal for alfresco dining.

The property is situated within a quiet setting, located in the Rothiemurchus Forest, within the Cairngorm National Park.
