2 apartments in a prime location in dubrovnik ideal for a couple, or two couples traveling together. Both cottages are separated little houses located in the garden of a private villa, quietly positioned in the residential Lapad area, on one of the main strips of luxury hotels (100 m from the well known \'Hotel Dubrovnik Palace\') yet in the heart of lush greenery, 50 meters from the beach and on a direct bus line (bus stop at 30 meters, 20 minutes frequency) with 10 minutes ride to the historic old and lively city of Dubrovnik and also at 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian-only area of Lapad with its beaches, restaurants cafes and bars.
Cottage 1, (Sunset cottage) consists of living/sleeping area furnished with two beds which can be joined or separated, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, and has a direct access to a private terrace with views to the bay of Lapad and surrounding islands as well as unforgettable breathtaking sunsets. There are 80 steps to reach the apartment.
Cottage 2, (Grapevine cottage) has a ground floor with a kitchenette, shower room and a sitting area with a sofa/bed for 1 person and stairs leading to a loft type mezzanine with a double bed, table and cupboard. This cottage has a small balcony/breakfast area, and access to a terrace in the sprawling garden out front, a beautifully-landscaped assembly of flowers, plants, and trees. There are 40 steps to reach the apartment. Each cottage has sea view, its own private entrance and can accommodate 2 adults (+ 1) Both cottages are air conditioned, and well equipped. Final cleaning included.
