The Fieldhead Hotel, originally built for a Sea Captain in 1896, is now an established, traditional, warm country house style hotel occupying a prime elevated position with magnificent sea views offering a very high standard of hotel comfort and services including Balcony Breakfasts and Balcony Dinners.
The Hotel’s Horizons Restaurant, caters for Residents and non-residents for Breakfast, Sunday Lunch, Dinner and private parties, and offers a traditional English style of tantalising, daily changing fixed price a la carte menus.
The Fieldhead Hotel offers a range of accommodation, all with FreeView Television, Direct Dial telephone, and tea and coffee making facilities: Superior balcony doubles and twins some with a safe and a fridge; Standard balcony doubles and twins; Standard doubles and twins and Family double and twin rooms with bunk beds. Two rooms are on the Ground Floor, ideal for guests with pets and guests who have difficulty with stairs. All rooms are clean, bright, airy, ensuite, recently redecorated and can be viewed on the hotel’s web site.

For relaxation, if not in the Bay Window of the hotel lounge, there is a heated swimming pool in award winning terraced tropical gardens and lawn overlooking Looe Bay and St George's Island with Eddystone Lighthouse on the horizon.
The hotel is a 15 minute waterside walk or 3 minute drive to the Town Centre.
There are many excellent Visitor attractions in the Looe and South-East Cornwall area including National Trust properties and The Eden Project. The furthest point: Lands End is only 1.5 hours drive.
From the hotel there is the spectacular Coastal Path and moorland walks.
Looe itself has a great variety of Shops, Restaurants, Pubs and a bustling fishing harbour.
