Three beautifully decorated double/twin bedroom each with en suite shower room. Free WiFi. Rooms have great view of the surrounding countryside, mountains and orchard. A fridge plus tea and coffee facilities with complememary tea and coffee are available  in each room . Breakfast or meals are not include but we have a well appointed kitchen with induction hob, electric oven as well as a beautiful Aga type of wood burning cooker that you are welcome to share with us and cook your own meals. Many beautifull country pubs provides lovelly food within 1-2 miles  from the house. The lounge has a beautiful original stone wall with a wood burning stove and television with dvd facility. The house has internet connection and use of laundry facilities.

We have 7 acres of grazing fields with field shelters, safe paddocks with post and rail fencing and 7 light and airy stables . Unlimited off road riding at the doorstep . We can help planning your route or offer a guiding service forat a small additional cost please book in advance if you require this service.  In the property there is a 20X40 sand manage with jumps/. A round pen can be put up  for join-up work. Donna a lovelly bhsai instructor with a strong interest in natural horsemanship can offer lesson by appointment. 

Beautifully rambles country as well as off road mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, bird watching  and golfing. There are several 18 holes courses in the vicinity.
