The Complex is in an ideal location as it is less than two minutes walk from the slopes and chair lift taking you to the top of the Snezhanka Tower (1926m) at the heart of the Pamporovo mountain ski area!
Pamporovo is a modern sunny ski resort and is amongst the most southernly skiing areas in Europe. With the opening of the borders with Greece it is only a couple of hours drive to the Aegean Sea

This privately owned apartment in the Grand Monastery Aparthotel Complex has one-bedroom and sleeps up to 4 people. It is self-catering and has 1st class facilities. It is also only approx 1 min. from the mid station ski lift to the Snezhanka Tower.
Our apartment has been newly furnished with stylish furniture, modern kitchen appliances with attractive soft furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment and is complete with a log fire and oil filled radiators.
This spacious one-bedroomed apartment has one bedroom with two single beds and ensuite with twin beds . It also has full-sized sofa bed and an additional fold-up bed in the main lounge area for 2 people. We also have a fold up bed for your convenience should you not wish to use the sofa as a double bed. There is also an additional shower room off main room.
The apartment has a log fire, two oil filled radiators and fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances such as cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table and chairs. There is a TV with English programmes package, a dvd player and Radio, and a Balcony

Pamporovo and surrounding areas
The ski resort of Pamporovo is dominated by the magestic Snezhanka Tower. From here you can also arrange skiing lessons and hire ski equipment, ski-doos and book husky sledge rides. There are many good restaurants & shops in Pamporovo Town which is only a short drive from the Grand Monastery.
Pamporovo has an exclusive climate, featuring a mild winter with about 120 sunny days during the skiing period. The skiing season starts from mid December and lasts until mid April. The average air temperature is -3 ° C. The gentle profile of the mountain with its rounded slopes and summits makes Pamporovo particularly suitable for beginners. But there are also difficult ski runs like the Giant Slalom run which offers a challenge even for the expert skier. The ski runs are maintained to a high standard and there are more than 100 highly qualified ski instructors, fluent in different languages to teach both beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders alike.
The nice climate coupled with other factors is favourable for the development of tourism. The microclimate thus established enables a thick snow cover to be preserved for a long period of time – a veritable paradise for skiers.
During out-of-ski seasons Pamporovo and the surrounding area are ideal for walking and treking and off-road trips, horse riding, nature trips and photographic opportunities and places of interest in the mountains.
