Outside is the lovely cobbled harbour area of Pen Cei, with Porthmadog sailing club, you can then walk around the headland to Borth Y Guest, by car Black rock sands beach is 5 minutes drive, and the high street in Porthmadog is a short walk away.The Wales coastal path runs adjacent to the cottage on the harbourseide.
