Welcome to our Self Catering Garden Apartment in France
The bedroom has one double bed and one single with a further additional robust standard size pull out bed underneath. It will comfortably accommodate a family of 3 or 4 people. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space for clothing. The dining kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and 4 ring hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is a good size dining table and chairs. All linen and towels are included (except beach towels). The apartment is cleaned at the end of each rental but for stays of more than one week a mid stay change of linen and towels and cleaning service is available if required as part of the rental cost. A grocery welcome pack is provided for guests staying for one week or more.
The rental price also includes heating if required. The apartment has a selection of board games and books, a radio/CD player and TV/DVD player (plus an extensive dvd library to suit all ages and tastes). Children are welcome and have plenty of room to run around in the large enclosed garden. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment has its own outdoor patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining. A charcoal barbeque is also available for use. Guests are welcome to use the large, secluded garden for sunbathing and relaxing. Hammocks and beach chairs are available. There is ample car parking space.
The apartment is unsuitable for the elderly and infirm and is inaccessible for wheelchair users.
