With 2 acres of lovely private grounds and the property offers 4 star self catering holiday accommodation for up to 12 people 18 if you include Hafod Villa. This large vacation cottage is perfect for big group and extended family get togethers, celebrations, holidays, vacations and long weekends. The cottage has extensive gardens and grounds and is within walking distance of the beautiful Ceibwr Bay, with its stunning cliffs and abundance of wildlife. Sandy beaches, golf, horse riding, Coasteering,local attractions and the natural beauty of Pembrokeshire in Wales are all on your doorstep.

Downstairs
Hafod Grove has a large Farmhouse kitchen, which is well equipped for twelve people and has a large dining table, and all the modern conveniences you would expect, including an aga, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
There are 2 large reception rooms with open fires, Sky TV and DVDs. Both these sitting rooms are comfortably furnished for over 12 people, and both have a wonderful double aspect to the grounds. One also has French doors leading to a delightful Sun Trap patio which is ideal for dining alfresco and barbeques.
There is also a downstairs Double Bedroom with antique suite and shower room opposite which makes it ideal for the elderly or less mobile.
1st Floor
On the first floor there is the Master Bedroom, which has a double bed and art nouveau suite and luxury en suite bathroom, with double-ended, antique bath and power shower.
There are one further double bedroom with vanity unit and sea views and two twin bedroom one with vanity unit. There is also a bunk bedroom, which is ideal for children and overlooks woodland.
There is also a family bathroom with 6 ft bath, power shower and WC. Cots and highchairs are available on request.
Outside
Outside there are extensive grounds of 2 acres, with swings and a Barbeque area. There is also ample parking for up to 6 cars.
Our Cottage Location in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park
Our Big Holiday House is located near Cardigan and Newport, in Pembrokeshire, on the west coast of Wales. As well as providing the ideal large holiday accommodation for friends and family gatherings, it is also the ideal base for exploring Pembrokeshire and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, including the Cardigan Bay Coastline. It is also ideal for exploring Cardiganshire and the inland county of Carmarthenshire.
There are many stunning and spectacular countryside and coastal views in the area. There are frequent sightings of wildlife in the area, including seals, dolphins, porpoises and, basking sharks and even Whales and turtles in nearby Ceibwr Bay, as well as a huge variety of coastal birds. The rare red kite is regularly seen flying above Hafod Grove and the flora and fauna of this area make it a nature lovers delight. Also within walking distance is the famous Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
There are a range of good local restaurants, cafes and bars, as well as 3 sandy beaches within 3 miles of the cottage, with rock pools, caves and vast expanses of sand with safe bathing and easy vehicular access.
For those who enjoy the great outdoors, there are numerous outdoor activities in the area, including walking or riding over the Preselli hills and cycling along Gwaun Valley. Horse riding, golf, sailing and river and sea fishing are also all available close by.
There are also a great range of other attractions and things to do near the cottage, making it the ideal holiday accommodation for a large group holiday in Wales.
