Wells is the perfect location for families with a lovely sandy beach, boating lake and miniature railway. The town has a good range of shops and places to eat. Nearby is the lovely beach at Holkham. Burnham Market and Holt are also within easy reach.
The centrally heated, exceptionally well equipped, luxury, accommodation provides a spacious sitting room with woodburning stove, french doors to the garden, reclining sofas and chairs, tv, dvd player, Freeview, books, games and wi-fi.
