update 12/03/2012 - Development is well underway to include a few changes - The bunk bed room will be moved to bedroom 4, the existing bunk room will become an extension of the hallway to the balcony. The conservatory has now been removed and the downstairs bedroom extension with the 5th bedroom is currently being built.
update 01/05/2012 - Development is now in its last few weeks of completion, The new extension has now been finished and awaiting a furniture delivery. There is a lovely new terrace at the side of the property, Brand new boiler heating system has been fitted. Bathrooms and kitchen are yet to be fully fitted/finished.
update 18/05/2012 - Downstairs new bathroom now has a new floor and brand new suite, Brand new Kitchen has been fully fitted just a little tiling left to complete and finishing off the painting. upstairs bathroom still awaiting full fitting, In addition to the original plans the seperate toilet now has a brand new tiled floor. Build to be completed prior to Wednesday 30th May, photos are scheduled for Thursday 31st.
