Welcome to our Holiday Villa in the South of France
Our newly constructed villa has a large open plan area with fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
The kitchen is very pretty and well-equipped with breakfast area with table and 4 stools.
The lounge area is very spacious and has a lovely airy feel to it, overlooking the garden. The dining area has a large wooden table which can extend to 4m and seat 8 people easily.
Patio doors lead out onto the large shaded terrace with large brick built bbq and seating for 6/8.
Back inside, the bedrooms are off a corridor to one side of the villa. There are three bedrooms with double beds, a family bathroom with corner bath, shower and 2 basins. The fourth bedroom can be used either as a childrens playroom or as a single bedroom and has an ensuite shower room. TV and DVD.
There is a separate WC with handbasin here too.
The double bedrooms are very pretty and 2 of them look out onto the garden and pool.
There is a utility room on the other side of the villa and access to the garage is here also.
