Hollyhocks was built in approximately 1850, as a railwayman’s cottage out of red Norfolk Carr stone bricks to the front and traditional Norfolk flint to the rear. The cottage has been tastefully renovated and refurbished throughout with all the comforts one would expect in the 21st century so that it is ideal for modern day living. At the same time, it has retained many original period features, such as exposed oak beams, inglenook fireplace and exposed brickwork.
