Situated in a quiet location on a well-appointed holiday complex with stunning views of the Mediterranean and across the bay to Cannes.
Theoule sur Mer is just ½ an hour by autoroute from Nice airport and this apartment is an ideal location for relaxing by the pool, shopping along the world famous Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes, walking, or touring along the Esterel. It is also just a short drive from Grasse and its lavender fields, the Principality of Monaco, or the huge Friday market at Ventimiglia, just over the Italian border.
The holiday complex has a large open-air swimming pool on three levels and an indoor pool, as well as a large sun terrace.
There is a bar, restaurant, poolside bar in summer, and shop where you can get basic shopping, baguettes, pain au chocolat and croissants all within 2 minutes walk of the apartment. Other facilities include laundry room, lift, and underground parking.
The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a cabine with two adult sized bunk beds, and living room with corner kitchen and sofa bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, bath with shower over, and there is a separate WC. There are electric radiators in each room.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob and multi-function microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle as well as a slimline dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery to make your stay enjoyable. This year, we have added items such as field glasses, 2 column fans, travel cot, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. We also have a smoke alarm, fire blanket and small fire extinguisher.
There are two terraces, one off the bedroom overlooking a wooded area, and one off the living room, with stunning views across the Mediterranean, across to Cannes and with the Alps in the distance.
Linen hire is included in the rental cost.
There are Laundry facilities to do your own washing on the holiday complex.
