2 Hurstly Cottage is a beautiful cottage set deep in a lovely and totally private garden in a tucked away situation in Boldre, within easy reach of Lymington, Brockenhurst, Beaulieu and all the New Forest's other beauty spots and attractions. 

The accommodation is laid out as follows, Upstairs: Bedroom 1: superking bed, stunning south facing views over the garden, shower room with large shower, wc and basin. Bedroom 2: superking or 2 singles, again with lovely south and easterly views over the gardens. Bedroom 3: This is a walk thorough room with a pair of full size Bunk Beds, the other side of the room is set up as a study/reading room, ideally suited to children but fine for adults as well. Shower room with W.C. and washbasin (this is acts as the en-suite too and is located outside the door of Bedroom 1). It should be noted that the stairs in the cottage original and therefore are quite narrow and steep by modern standards but do have handrails on both sides.

Downstairs: Large superbly equipped kitchen with range style gas cooker and all usual items, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,  toaster etc. Pine table and chairs easily seating 6. Double doors open onto the patio. Dining room with open fireplace. Sitting room with tv, dvd and Videoplayer, open fireplace. Bathroom with huge bath and loo. Coat hanging porch, larder. 
Outside: Patio with Teak table, chairs and benches and a Barbeque. Outside utility room with washing machine, and tumble dryer. Beautiful 1/2 acre garden with lots of different area for lazing and playing.  A gate at the top of the garden leads onto the footpath to Sandy Down and Royden Woods or open New Forest the other way. There is plenty of parking for 2 or 3 cars and the Cottage is reached up a gravel garden path. (50 yards approx)
