Katie's Corner Holiday Cottage at Greetham Retreat, Horncastle holiday cottage

Katie’s Corner is our largest cottage at Greetham Retreat comprising of three bedrooms across two floors, sleeping up to six people. It is spacious and modern with quality oak floors and furniture.

The generous sized lounge has three leather sofas and is large enough for the entire party to relax together with a glass of wine or to enjoy the wall-mounted flat screen television.

The kitchen-diner is well appointed with integrated appliances and common accessories including a kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. The kitchen is also stocked with high quality utensils and crockery.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed (4ft 6in) and an en suite shower and toilet.

There are two upstairs bedrooms; one has a double bed (4ft 6in) and the other is comprised of two single beds (3ft) that can be converted into a super king sized bed (6ft) if preferred. The two bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ style bathroom that has two doors and can be accessed from either bedroom. This bathroom features a bath, separate shower and toilet.

Located in 4 acres of wonderful natural grounds that include a wildlife pond, wildflower meadow and newly planted woodland with mown paths and seating areas taking full advantage of the glorious views across the Lincolnshire Wolds an area of outstanding natural beauty.  Courtyard area with south west aspect and tables & chairs.  Laundry Room.
