This substantial property has been beautifully converted (completed December 2010) and boasts exposed beams, four spacious bedrooms (2 ensuites) & family bathroom, a lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, a sizeable open plan kitchen and a family tv room, as well as 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets and some fabulous extras.
The enclosed landscaped gardens include two patio/terraces with garden furniture & a barbeque and there is a lockable garage that can also store bikes, buggies & golf clubs etc.
The accommodation is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Norfolk, with the beautiful sandy beaches, fabulous country houses & gardens and wonderful child friendly attractions such as the Dinosaur Park, BeWILDerwood & the Bure Valley Railway.
The main lounge has a wood burner & wood is provided (Nov to March) making this is a perfect place to go for long walks and then return to the barn for cosy log fires!
Additional services can be offered at the barn including having your online shopping unpacked and put away, or having your fridge/freezer filled with some delicious home cooked meals (from an award winning establishment), or an outside caterer who can provide private dining for you in the barn (must be booked in advance), as well as a beautician who can visit the barn & offers a range of beauty treatments.

We welcome those with young children and offer two cots, two highchairs, stairgates, a monitor, childrens cutlery & crockery, games, puzzles, books and U rated DVDs. The barn is also ideally located for a number of child based attractions including the fabulous children’s adventure park BeWILDerwood, the Dinosaur Park, Amazona Zoo, the Bure Valley Railway, the Norfolk Broads and Wroxham Barns Junior Farm all of which are within fifteen miles. Alternatively take a trip to one of the beautiful sandy beaches along the North Norfolk coastline, go Crabbing at Cromer or take a boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney! There are lots of things to do in all weather and at all times of the year! Perfect for golfers with 7 golf courses within 15 miles & a secure garage to store clubs & trollies!
Location
The barn is perfectly located to explore the stunning beaches along the Norfolk coast (8 miles), the Norfolk Broads (11 miles) & the Cathedral City of Norwich (13 miles). Kings Beck Barn is three miles from the traditional Market Town of Aylsham with shops, restaurants, weekly sales auctions and farmers markets. A traditional country pub is only 1½ miles from the barn & offers delicious food.
Local attractions include three National Trust’s properties within 15 miles including the famous Blickling Hall a Jacobean house with gardens and park (4 miles), Felbrigg Hall with garden and estates and Sheringham Park which has an amazing display of Rhododendrons. There are seven golf courses within a 15mile radius of the barn including Royal Cromer & Sheringham Golf Club with fabulous cliff top views.
The barn backs onto farmland which is under the High Level Stewardship scheme & promotes conservation & wildlife.
There are a variety of excellent walks that lead from the barn including the famous Weavers Way & Marriot’s Way disused railway lines that are also popular with cyclists. The Kings Beck stream runs along the barn and there are some glorious walks along the river as well as local fishing! Well behaved dogs are welcome.
Kings Beck Barn is also great for golfers with 7 golf courses within 15 miles of the barn including Royal Cromer, The Links at West Runton, Sheringham, Mundesely & Wensum Valley. Also the barn's secure garage provides a dry & safe place in which to store your golf clubs & charge any trolley batteries!

Short Breaks
Short breaks are available at Kings Beck Barn in the off peak season and are charged at 75% of a full week. Flexibility on start/end dates are given during the winter months.
