ground floor

The ground floor consists of a comfortable lounge and dining room with an indoor barbecue in an open fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a ground floor bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. A Twin bedroom and a 'childrens room' with 4 single beds completes the downstairs layout.

Upstairs there is a second living room with a satellite tv, dvd and Video players (a selection of DVDs and Videos are provided). The first floor has 2 more double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom.

If your party consists of more than 10 there is a double bed settee in the downstairs lounge/diner and also in the upstairs lounge so these could effectively be used to increase the sleeping capacity to a maximum of 14.

Bed Linen can be provided at a cost of £10 for a double bed and £7 for a single.
