‘Le Tilleul’ is 18th Century farmhouse set amidst unspoilt countryside and forests, the perfect family holiday destination in a beautiful part of Aquitaine, southwest France, a land of castles, bastides towns and villages dating back to the Middle Ages. Teeming with wildlife, Dordogne is a paradise for countryside lovers, perfect for walkers, cyclists and birdwatchers alike, and those simply seeking tranquillity in a land of fantastic architecture, character and French charm !Nestled in the Perigord-Limousin Naturel Parc,‘Le Tilleul’ is just 15 mins from beautiful Brantome (Venice of the Perigord),35 mins from mediaeval Perigueux, capital of the Dordogne, and just 50 minutes from Limoges airport with its daily low cost flights to the UK. 

“Le Figuier” is a comfortable and very spacious farmhouse. French doors from the courtyard lead into the lounge with its tiled floor and exposed beams and stonework. The sitting room is light and airy with ample seating for 8 adults. Cool in summer, it is equipped with a large fireplace holding a wood-burning stove for out of season use. The kitchen/dining room is large and airy with windows and French doors opening up onto the terrace, providing views of the grounds and surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample cupboards, worktops, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. 

Upstairs there are 4 comfortable double bedrooms – 2 with king-size beds and 2 twin bed rooms; all with stone and timber features and having stripped oak flooring. In addition, there are two good sized and recently renovated bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
