Spacious Lounge/diner with log burner in large stone fireplace. Satellite TV (English) , cd & dvd player, with a selection of DVDs and CDs. A Large sofa bed is available if you wish to increase the sleeping cacacity to 10 persons.

Well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & washing machine. Full sized bath in ground floor bathroom.

upstairs

There are 4 bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1 contains 1 kingsized bed and a private sitting area. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 contains 3 single beds. An additional single bed can be placed in either bedroom 1 or 2 .There is a double bed settee on the mezzanine bedroom and also in the groundfloor lounge to increase the sleeping capacity to 12 in total.

The 1 1/2 acres of gardens include a full sized petanque court, a large field for ball games and a patio/barbecue area.
