La Migue is a charming old stone barn converted into three comfortable self-contained gites, set in 15 acres of meadow and woodland with access to a shared swimming pool (9m x 6m), situated near Rouffilhac at the border of the Perigord Noir (Dordogne) and the Lot. Each Gite has 2 Bedrooms and 1 bath / shower room. Part of a small peaceful hamlet La Migue, 30 kms west of Rocamadour and 27 kms south east of Sarlat. Set in a peaceful country setting with stunning views over beautiful undulating countryside.

The accommodation comprises: Open plan living / dining room with a sofa and armchairs and a kitchen corner. Shower-room with wc. Open sided stairs (with handrail to walled side) to two bedrooms; One with a double bed and one with two single beds. Extra folding bed and cot available on request. Heating. Bed linen hire.

Independent terrace, outdoor furniture and bbq area. Each property has access to the grounds with the shared swimming pool 9m x 6m, volleyball net and to the utility/games room with washing machine, table tennis, table football and small snooker table.

Local bakers 2km, restaurant and bar 2km. Shops and restaurant in Payrac at 5 kms. 30km from Sarlat and 8 km from Gourdon; centrally situated to visit all of the sites in the Dordogne and Lot Departments of France.
