The apartment offers open plan living space with A/C, couch, tv, dvd, tables and chairs, fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine and dishwasher. Outside balcony with tables and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining and the wonderful view . Sleeps up to 4 guests with double bedroom on the mezzanine and further twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over bath, w.c., bidet and washbasin. The apartment building is serviced by a lift or staircase to all floors, and has a private, gated car park at the rear, with a back entrance door.
Calvi is a chic town with shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques all within walking distance of the apartment, which is also only 2 mins from the long sandy beach and waterfront marina. You can pick up a train from the small station opposite, on a narrow-gauge railway that links coastal villages and beaches, with connections to Ajaccio in the southwest, and you are just 10 mins walk from the ferry point, from which there are connections to Marseilles, Nice, Toulon and the Italian sea-ports.
The apartment is approximately 20 mins from Calvi airport, and one and a half hours from Bastia airport by car.
