Detached Holiday Villa Kadyanda can sleep up to 13 people in 5/6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms and it has a lovely illuminated fenced private pool and a fully equipped gym/games room. The villa has four floors with the bedrooms located on the top two floors.

Our Turkey Location

The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses or by a hire car in 25 minutes. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive from the villa with many restaurants and bars and you can also reach Fethiye from there by water taxi.

The lovely illuminated private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with ample sun loungers and parasols and has a gated fence to protect small children and give you peace of mind. Throughout the summer there is a gentle cooling breeze that makes the terrace an idyllic place to relax. By the side of the terrace there is a covered marbled area with a large dining table close to both a gas and a charcoal  bbq for alfresco dining and there are incredible views across the plateau. Near the entrance to the self-catering holiday villa is a separate paved area that can be used as a breakfast patio.
