A lovely, family villa in private gardebns with it's own pool.  Built in the tradtional Valncian style this villa has a external stairway connecting the upper and lower levels.
The upper/main level has 2 bedrooms a alrge family bathroom, a 2nd WC/washroom, hallway and open plan living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The lower/poolside level has 3 bedrooms one with an ensuite, plus a shower room and open plan living room and kitchen. Both levels have balconies.

Maintained and equipped to a high standard. The rental prices include A/C to a generous usuage, bedding, towels and all utilities and equipment.

The large terrace area surrounding the pool allows ample space to sunbathe and relax and plenty of outdoor furniture is supplied.  There is a stone barbeque plus an orchard. Help yourself to a lemon for the G&T or a satsuma to refresh you.

The garden is well planted with an assortment of colourful plants and there are 16 palm trees offering areas of dappled shade in which to relax your afternoon away.

Plenty to see and do in the area for all the family from tots and teens to  grown ups and grannies.
