Welcome to our Self catering gite Apartment in Bourganeuf, France
Our accommodation is situated just a 5 minute walk from the town centre of Bourganeuf which is a medieval town with Chateau, Tour de Zizim and has a traditional French market weekly for all your local produce. There are also English speaking estate agents for those tempted to buy in this beautiful region. You will find bars and restaurants within walking distance of Le Petit Lac. There is lots to explore in this beautiful region from Lac Vassiviere with beach and numerous water sports, walking, fishing, chateaux, traditional markets, Golf courses, Zoos and fun parks.
Apartment 1 -Can be rented as:
a one bedroom option, one bathroom with bath, shower and wc,
three bedrooms with additional bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC or
four bedrooms with, in addition to the above, a extra toilet/shower room.
Making this flexible apartment ideal for couples to large families, for short stays to longer holidays.
Apartment 1 has a kitchen/diner equipped with all the necessary items for self catering including a pine table seating 8, full size fridge, full size electric oven and hob and microwave. The separate lounge has comfortable leather sofas and a TV with English freeview channels & dvd player.
Apartment 2 - Has three bedrooms, a separate lounge with TV & dvd player, a large kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge freezer, separate dining room with large dining table for 8 persons and balcony from where you can enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. The bathroom is equipped with bath, large walk-in shower and WC. Plus there is an additional WC. There are electric shutters to all windows.
All linen & towels (not pool towels) are included.
A washing machine is provided in the utility room for guests to use along with all bbq equipment.
Games room with table tennis, table football, pool and darts.
The shared swimming pool is available for guests to enjoy with a table, chairs and sun beds at your disposal. The pool is 9x4m and 1.4m deep and has a security gate. There is an outside shower provided and a toilet/changing room.Two bbq areas are supplied for outdoor dining, in a beautiful setting.
There is plenty of parking and motorbikes can be garaged.
We can also provide a travel cot and a chair for a baby to sit at the table at no extra charge. Both apartments can be booked together for large groups or family get-togethers.
