Le Vigneron is a deceptively spacious apartment, south-facing and overlooking the garden. 

The apartment is entered from the garden and has an open-tread, fairly steep staircase to the first floor. The spacious living room is bright and welcoming with settee, raised area with seating, dining table and chairs and all the cooking facilities and equipment necessary for self-catering. Tinted windows and a fan keep you cool in summer. A corridor leads to the double and twin bedrooms and the family bathroom with bath, shower, hairdryer, iron and board and washing machine.  The double room has good quality pine furniture. The double room has a large built-in wardrobe. Both rooms are carpeted and have electric heaters. A further door leads out onto the private, sunny, south-facing terrace with garden furniture, sunloungers, parasol and barbecue.  At night there is a beautiful view of the  floodlit Collégiale .  The garden and parking space are protected by electrically operated gates, which can be opened from within the apartment by video-phone or with a remote-control from the car. Free access to Internet is available with your laptop. We encourage you to use the composting and recycling facilities and to use the washing machine at night.

Capestang village is lively and beautiful. Its central square is home to a twice weekly Languedocien market. There are 6 restaurants, all the usual village shops and 2 supermarkets. You can hire a boat, walk or cycle the canal, visit the wine domaines, play tennis or pétanque or visit the chateau and the collégiale.  Closeby you can go horseriding or even kayaking.  Within 30 minutes you can be on the Mediterranean beaches or in the stunning scenery of the National park.  Capestang is close to the Cathar castles, large towns like Montpellier, Carcassonne, Béziers, Narbonne and Toulouse, within an hour you can be in Spain. Whatever your preferred holiday, whether active or lazy, this is the perfect spot.
