Beautiful and stylish apartment, renovated with no expense spared to the highest standards. An open plan layout with a contemporary feel, with new and period pieces of furniture. The living room has television (French and English) and a stereo/radio, along with many cd's, dvd's, books and information on the local area. You'll find everything you'll need, including things like cooler boxes for picnics, candles for those romantic nights in, generous welcome pack etc.

The fully equipped kitchen, finished in wood and stainless steel has all you'll require for meals at home. There is a large hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

The bathroom is tiled from floor to ceiling with white marble tiles and fitted with only the very best and stylish appliances.
The bedroom is warm and cosy, with double aspect views (double french doors) out to both the river and the terrace. The whole apartment has underfloor heating (aided by solor panels). French doors from the dning area open out onto the large, private and south facing terrace.

Th terrace has ample seats for dining out or just relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. There are sun loungers and a parasol to give some shade on this very sunny terrace. The terrace looks out over the vineyards, with views towards the Corbières hills.
