Situated in a peaceful village setting and surrounded by open countryside, this comfortable, budget-priced 18C stone cottage may be perfect for your holiday retreat. Ideal for a couple, the 18C cottage is in an off-road location, with ample safe parking in a small courtyard to the front. The cottage is about 45 minutes' drive from Limoges and the airport. Excellent value for money, the cottage sleeps 2-4. There is a double sofabed in the sitting/dining room, or, alternatively, two occasional use single beds. We provide baby equipment, i.e. cot, highchair and stair safety gate. We also provide free use of two adult mountain bikes for our guests to explore on. Limousin-Cottage is an ideal, very peaceful, retreat for a relaxing, get away from it all break in the countryside.

The cottage consists of:
Ground floor - sitting/dining room with UK and French tv, dvd, plus wireless broadband internet connection, also with a double sofabed and log-burning stove. Good selection of books and dvd's. Small modern and well-equipped kitchen, including washing machine.
First floor - one good sized double bedroom overlooking open countryside at the rear. For children, there is space to use a fold-up single bed and travel cot in this bedroom. The modern and spacious shower room, with power shower, is right next to the bedroom.
Outside - in front there is ample free off-road parking in a small courtyard area. At the rear, the cottage has it's own private little garden area, with open countryside beyond and with bbq, sunloungers, and table and chairs. The cottage is in a very quiet village location, and away from the road. There are two adult mountain bikes available for our guests to use (free of charge - own safety helmet advisable)
