Three Bedroom detached holiday rental located in Lymington, New Forest, Hampshire. Situated at the end of a Cul-de-sac. Sleeps 6. Off-road parking for two cars. Has a large, fully fenced garden. Large Summer House in the garden with seating and its own toilet and sink.

House is recently refurbished, with fitted kitchen including all appliances. Bedroom 1 has a Kingsize double bed with large fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with space for a cot if required. Bedroom 3 has a Double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. Bedding and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi. Free residents parking permit for local car parks.

Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday. £450 per week from 1st October to 31st March 2012. £600 per week from 31st March to 30th June 2012.  £650.00 per week from 1st July to 3rd September 2012. £600 per week from 3rd September to 1st October 2012. £450.00 per week from 1st October until December 2012. £150 deposit required at time of booking - Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Dogs welcome by arrangement. 

We are centrally located.  Lymington town centre and Isle of Wight Ferry Terminal is a one mile walk.  Bus stop (route 112  to Beaulieu)  is 2 minute walk located on the main road. Lymington train station - which goes to Brockenhurst main line station, is within one mile of the house. Towns nearby are Lyndhurst (10 miles), Brockenhurst (5 miles), Beaulieu (7 miles). Open forest is a 5 min drive. Local pub is within a 5-minute walk. Also on the doorstep is Buckland Ring - an Iron Age Fort which is a safe exercise area for dogs. Co-Op 24hr shop within 10-minute walk..
