Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in the Lake District
lingmell is a well-appointed double-glazed house accommodating 5 comfortably (+3 with additional beds) and is converted from part of the outbuildings of a country house set in a wooded estate of 5 acres in a very quiet corner of the Lake District opposite the southern end of Coniston Water. Effectively, it is now two connected self-contained flats, one upstairs and one downstairs with easy access. There is a strictly no smoking policy in the house. children and pets are welcome.
Upstairs, it has a well-equipped kitchen (with ovens, hob, microwave and fridge), bathroom (with bath and electric shower), lounge (with open fireplace, television, vcr, dvd and hi-fi), dining room and main bedroom (double bed and single Z-bed).
Downstairs, there is another bedroom (with 2 adult bunk beds and a single bed, another electric shower, toilet and washbasin en-suite), a living room (with a double bed and a double Z-bed, easy chairs, table and a second television) and a second kitchen (with a fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, cooker and microwave).
