Bath and/or shower. Bed linen and duvets. Beds made up for your arrival. Patio furniture on veranda. Gas combi central heating with individual thermostat radiators including all bedrooms, shower room and WC. Gas and electricity included. Winterised with extra insulation to walls, floor and ceiling - suitable for all year use. Cots are part of the occupancy - advise us if you need a cot. All male, all female or young mixed groups - please check when booking. Pets £30pw each (max1 in specific accommodation). Welcome pack and information kit. Grocery packs available.
