Welcome to our Chalet in the Haute Pyrenees, France
Our chalet is situated above the village of Saint Lary Soulan, on the edge of the Neouvielle nature reserve and close to several walking trails where summer visitors can explore magnificent lake and mountain scenery. The GR10 is the most famous of these, running the length of the Pyrénées and passing some 500m above the chalet.
In winter, the chalet boasts an exclusive position, being only 100m from the ski lifts that give direct access to one of the largest ski domains in the French Pyrénées. Whilst other skiers make their way up the mountain and battle for parking places, guests at Lou Rider can stroll straight onto the lifts after a leisurely breakfast and still be first on the pistes.
Chalet Lou Rider has its own restaurant and fully licensed bar and accommodates up to 32 guests in an informal atmosphere, where priority is given to conviviality and accessibility.
