In a renovated rural olive oil mill, with beautiful Ronda within sight, where traditional Spanish architecture meets post-modern design and eclectic furnishing. A ten minute-drive from cosmopolitan Ronda but with all the country house comforts to tempt you to just siesta by the pool or on the lawn.

A terrace restaurant, serving excellent food above the pool, an honesty bar in the library and a choice between helping yourself or letting our staff pamper you. A unique residence, in fact, whose philosophy might be summed up by "busy doing nothing".

All our rooms and suites have their own private terrace or garden and ensuite bathrooms. Individually designed interiors where detail is finessed down to the last bathroom fitting Décor from around the world, with an intriguing collection of art from 19th century Dutch representational to contemporary abstract. The original paintings, furniture and even the boarded flooring reflect an attention to detail. Bright, south-facing suites to catch the sun summer and winter- with log fires to curl up besides on cooler winter afternoons.

The hotel is centrally heated. All rooms have airconditioning. WiFi and a library are also available
