This Luxury cottage is in an area of out standing beauty. The pool is only shared with the owners, and we never use it when the guests are in full swim!!! Under an hour from ferries ports for access to France and jersey (for day trips) and Weymouth where 2012 olympic water sports is to be held!!!

Garlands Luxury cottage is set in 98 acres with ponds of which you can walk at your leisure, the scenery here at Garlands is breath taking, especially from the pool house and the hot tub!! Garlands cottage is a one off exclusive property, we promise you, you will not be dissapointed.
Bulbarrow and Okeford hills, are part of the fantastic scenery at Garlands, and are very inviting for a afternoons walk..
Excellent pubs and restaurants are nearby, or if you choose to stay in and cook, the market town of Sturminster Newton is close by, it is about 10 mins by car, to buy all your local produce, Garlands is your Oyster.
Shaftesbury, Gillingham, Sherborne, and Blandford are all around 1/2 hr away for all your major supermarkets.
The indoor heated swimming pool, and hot tub (outside) is yours to enjoy day or night. Bar-B-Cue local produce on the cottage patio and enjoy those long summer evenings, or sit back and enjoy the views on the pool patio, where all your troubles will seem a million miles away!!!
Not forgetting the animals here at Garlands, we have our own private horse yard, trained for point to point, and National Hunt, and maybe a foal to see, depending on what time of year you visit us.

· two bedrooms sleeps 4: The Hambledon Twin room and The Bulbarrow Double room. Both bedrooms have been furnished tastefully, and both have flat screen TV with built in DVD.
· two bathroom/shower rooms: Bath/toilet/hand basin is on the first floor, and shower/toilet/hand basin is on the ground floor
· kitchen: Open plan kitchen diner with Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Flat screen TV with DVD. A very much wine and dine kitchen!
· lounge: Separate lounge with soft lighting, beautiful leather furniture, the contemporary touch with large flat screen TV with dvd - the perfect place to unwind in.
· outside patio area
Garlands cottage has been finished to a very high standard, and what ever the season you choose to visit, the comfort zone can be found here. If you want to get away for a family holiday or romantic week, or just need to get away and unwind. We can arrange flowers, chocolate, ect to be waiting for you on arrival, at an extra cost. We recommend on line shopping for your groceries in advance before arriving, if you so wish, to be delivered just after you arrive, ask for details, of national supermarkets.
