This Chiang Mai self catering furnished apartment is located on the 7th floor in the building in the photograph and faces into the atrium / center of the building. It does not have a balcony but as it is in the middle of the building it is extremely quiet and serene. It overlooks the garden area which is planted with trees and shrubs.This luxury furnished rental in Peaks Garden Chiangmai has floor to ceiling windows in the living room area making it feel alot larger than it actually is. In the afternoon it gets so much sun that I had to install a protective anti UV film on the window to protect the lovely wood floors from fading.
The bedroom in this holiday rental in Chiang Mai has a queen sized bed which has a firm mattress but if you remind me in time I can change it to a softer one for you by adding a topper. There is a remote controlled fan in this room as people prefer not to sleep with the A/C on as it gives them colds in Thailand. Three pillows ( firm or soft ), whatever you want.
The living room like the bedroom has beautiful wood floors, recessed lighting, a 38 inch flat screen TV as well as a surround sound Pioneer dvd player. I have a large selection of movies for you to watch or you can buy your own for under 2 Euro in the market.
I love plants especially exotic ones so there is always something interesting in this Chiang Mai apartment. Because of the 100% UV filter on the windows, I have to rotate the plants around between my apartments and my plant hospital. The apartment has a built in safe large enough to keep a mini PC as well as all of your important documents.
The kitchen is in the corner of the living room as you can see from my floor plan. I have put everything in it a European would or could requite to cook a meal. If there is something special you need let me know in advance and if I can easily get it I will put it in the apartment for you.
The bathroom has a shower with 24 hours hot water supplied by the German hot water heater I bought, ceramic tiles or course a western toilet.
This luxury apartment building in Chiang Mai has 24 hour security, an outdoor swimming pool and I am on call should you have any problems or questions 24 hours a day as I also live in the building.
This Chiang Mai vacation rental in Chiang Mai is only a five minutes walk from the world famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. There are many great Italian restaurants in Chiang Mai and two of them are just down the road from Peaks Garden Chiang Mai apartment building.
With the Markets being so close, you can shop, run back home with your goodies, stuff them in your suitcase and then go out and shop again until you are exhausted.

Sorry but I never take booking for more than 90 days in advance. I undersand that people want to plan their vacations as far in advance as possible but the reason for this is that sometimes my Guests like the option to extend their stay and I hate having to tell them no. I never book people back to back and always leave about 3-5 days between bookings when possible. Also I like to go on vacation as well sometimes and tend to plan things 90 days in advance.
Everyone is welcome but I just ask of you 2 things, no smoking in the apartment and please treat and respect my apartment in Chiang Mai as if it were your home. It is not some shabby hotel room in Chiang Mai owned by a corporation but someone’s home and I take great pride in decorating it and making it fulfill your every expectation.
Our Northern Thailand Location
Chiang Mai is the largest and most culturally important city in northern Thailand. It is located some 700 km north of Bangkok, among some of the highest mountains in the country. Its always a few degrees cooler than the rest of the country and in my opinion the people ere a lot more friendly up here. Chiang Mai is an ideal base to explore the Asian jungle either on elephants or trekking. There is also rafting and mountain biking available. It is also a perfect base to visit some remote mountain villages and see the many different hill tribes and their cultures.
For eating and drinking, the city has hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are many restaurants in Chiang Mai of international quality. Chiang Mai has many great Italian restaurants, American restaurants, Chinese restaurants as well as some of the best Northern Thai ( Lanna ) food in Northern Thailand. If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Chiang Mai, there are many to choose from. No matter what you eat, its impossible to hungry here and impossible to not go home with an extra few pounds as well.
One of the best spas in Chiang Mai is on the same road as us and a " Fish Spa " just opened up the road from us.
If you are the adventurous type then you can go bungy jumping in Chiang Mai, or try zip lining through the jungles 45 minutes north of my apartment in Chiang Mai, in fact anything and everything is so close by.
