Welcome to my Chiang Mai Furnished Vacation Apartment Rental.
Why come all the way to beautiful Chiang Mai and choose to stay in a generic hotel room. For about the same price as a mid range hotel you can stay in one of my fully furnished luxury apartments and have more space and privacy than just the average 20X20 hotel room.
Look forward to coming “home” after a long days shopping or sightseeing and not dreading it. Say goodbye to crazy room service charges and insane mini bar prices.
The apartment building was designed by a Japanese Architect and marketed to Japanese retirees and picky foreign investors. It’s a modern low rise luxury apartment building just over 2 years old that is located right beside the world famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and literally minutes away from everywhere and everyplace that you want to be. Many of Chiang Mai’s great foreign restaurants are all with an easy 5-10 minute walk away as is the Ping River and its numerous up market restaurants and bars.
The new Shangri La Hote...l is right next door so the location and the area must be good.
The building has 24 hour security, elevators, a small fitness center, a beautiful outdoor pool that is surrounded by trees and plants. I live here as well so I am always available to you should you have a problem or a question at any time of the day.
As you can see from my photos, i spared no expense when it came to decorating my apartments or the appliances that I installed. All units have flat screen televisions with Pioneer surround sound dvd players. This particular unit has an imported L shaped leather sofa and a recently built kitchen island that increases the workspace for the Western designed and fitted kitchen.
The floors throughout this apartment are a locally fired and a very unique terracotta / ceramic tile.
The whole apartment is fully air conditioned and also has wall mounted fans as well as having excellent WiFi access in all room and on both balconies.
The kitchen has a large double door fridge / freezer and pretty much everything you would need to make a great meal including a microwave just in case you are feeling lazy and you want to reheat some goodies you bought from some local restaurant.
The main balcony is just off the kitchen and living room and it has a wood decking, table and chairs and it is planted with 2 different varieties of bamboo. It is your own private jungle right in the apartment where you can relax in the evenings and have a nice meal or just check your email.
This apartment has one large bedroom with a private balcony facing East and into a beautiful old rain tree. A family of squirrels has just decided to move in there so it’s nice in the morning to watch them and listen to them chattering. It is also a popular meeting place for many weird and colorful local birds of the feathered variety.
This balcony has a variety of plants and a table and chairs so you can sit out in the mornings, eat breakfast and watch the sun come up through the tree. There is a Queen sized bed and plenty of built in closet space.
The bathroom has a ceramic tiles shower with a German hot water system that will give you the best hot shower 24 hours a day and of course a western toilet.
My Maid will come and clean the apartment and replace the linens and towels twice times a week. She will not do your dishes for you and she cannot teach you Thai Boxing, if you need lessons there is a place close by I can recommend.
I will also provide an unlimited supply of filtered bottled water in recyclable glass bottles so you do not have to drink the local tap water.
All utlities are included by the way so you do not have to worry about taking a long hot showers.

Everyone is welcome and all I ask is that you treat and take care of my home the same way you would expect me to take care of yours. This is a non smoking apartment.
Sorry but I never take booking for more than 90 days in advance. I undersand that people want to plan their vacations as far in advance as possible but the reason for this is that sometimes my Guests like the option to extend their stay and I hate having to tell them no. I never book people back to back and always leave about 3-5 days between bookings when possible. Also I like to go on vacation as well sometimes and tend to plan things 90 days in advance.

Our Northern Thailand Location
Chiang Mai is the largest and most culturally important city in northern Thailand. It is located some 700 km north of Bangkok, among some of the highest mountains in the country. Its always a few degrees cooler than the rest of the country and in my opinion the people ere a lot more friendly up here. Chiang Mai is an ideal base to explore the Asian jungle either on elephants or trekking. There is also rafting and mountain biking available. It is also a perfect base to visit some remote mountain villages and see the many different hill tribes and their cultures.
For eating and drinking, the city has hundreds of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are many restaurants in Chiang Mai of international quality. Chiang Mai has many great Italian restaurants, American restaurants, Chinese restaurants as well as some of the best Northern Thai ( Lanna ) food in Northern Thailand. If you are looking for a vegetarian restaurant in Chiang Mai, there are many to choose from. No matter what you eat, its impossible to hungry here and impossible to not go home with an extra few pounds as well.
One of the best spas in Chiang Mai is on the same road as us and a " Fish Spa " just opened up the road from us.
If you are the adventurous type then you can go bungy jumping in Chiang Mai, or try zip lining through the jungles 45 minutes north of my apartment in Chiang Mai, in fact anything and everything is so close by.
Let me know what adventure sports in Chiang Mai interest you and I can tell you from my experience what is the best thing to do here. Many things are seasonal but the options are limitless.
