Welcome to our Holiday Cottage in Aldeburgh Suffolk
On the ground floor from Aldeburgh’s sea front a stable door opens into the sitting room. A step leads down to the kitchen-dining room.
The Kitchen/Dining room is a large open plan room has a dining table and seating for six people, the bespoke hand-made kitchen with granite worktops has top of the range Miele appliances. There are bi-folding doors to the enclosed patio creating an open plan space with the outside. Off the dining area is a small room with a hand basin and W.C.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers breathtaking sea views with a super-king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There is a bistro table with two chairs positioned in front of the French doors leading onto a Juliet balcony – the doors can be opened and locked at any angle - overlooking Aldeburgh beach.
Bedrooms 2 offers french doors, which open out onto decking and a glass floor over the kitchen-diner – this is an afternoon suntrap. This room allows either a super-king bed or two full size single beds. It also has a ensuite shower room.
Outside there is a small courtyard that extends from the kitchen/diner with room to store bicycles, and access onto King Street. In the property there are two deck chairs, two stools, a windbreak and a beach bag for guest use.
On road parking is usually available immediately outside the house or in nearby side streets.
Guests will enjoy the latest technology, including an iPad 2 with Spotify access to a seemingly endless library of music to suit every taste - playable through the integrated sound system throughout the house.
