Welcome to our B&B in Devon
A warm welcome awaits you on arriving at Meadow Park. Accommodation is spacious,centrally heated and comfortably furnished.Set on the outskirts of Buckland Brewer in North Devon, it provides panoramic views over its own farmland to the distant hills of both Dartmoor and Exmoor. We have ground floor double and twin-bedded rooms all with private facilities,beverage tray,hairdryer and digital freeviewTV. A comfortable lounge is available at all times and guests can enjoy relaxing in the spacious garden or taking a leisurely stroll through the village.
A full English breakfast is offered with options for the smaller appetite. Local produce is used whenever possible.Excellent food is served at the local 13th. century thatched pub within walking distance of Meadow Park.Other recommended restaurants and pubs are within close proximity offering a wide choice of local produced food including the traditional cream tea.
Visit Rhs Rosemoor Gardens and the Dartington Crystal factory or take a day trip from Bideford to Lundy Island.The rugged coastline of North Devon and Cornwall is within easy reach also the picturesque village of world famous Clovelly with its cobbled street and harbour. There are a number of excellent surfing beaches in North Devon and the northern part of Cornwall,notably Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Widemouth Bay. The three mile stretch of sandy beach at Westward-HO! is approx. 15mins. drive away also the Tarka Trail for those wishing to experience the scenic views on foot or bicycle. We now have Wi-Fi access.
