Welcome to our Self catering Gite in South West France
Le Chai has a large comfortable lounge. The dining area has a panoramic view across the valley. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a showeroom with a separate w.c. Upstairs there is a large sunny landing with glorious views and two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is free sat tv and wi-fi.
Outside there is a terrace with table, chairs and a BBQ.
Our Location
We are situated in south west France, in the heart of the beautiful Lot et Garonne. It rests in a peaceful valley surrounded by fields of sunflowers and vineyards and is set in its own land. Close by is the small Roman town of Sainte Livrade on the river Lot and a further 8kms along the river is the bastide town of Villenueve sur Lot with its pavement cafes, restaurants and shops.

Heating is avaiable in off peak and will be charged according to usage.
Min 3 night stays are available in off peak period.
During the summer months changeover day is Saturday. This is flexible outside peak times.
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the rental price is required with your booking form. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We would advise you to take out full travel cancellation and personal insurance. The security deposit of £150 per property is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and will be refunded on your return home.
