The Morven and Scaraben Cottages have both been completely renovated and contain brand new furniture and fittings in every room. The cottages are double glazed with one double and one twin bedroom, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. Some living rooms contain a pull out bed settee, and all have televisions with iPod docks.. Kitchens have an electric cooker, refrigerator and are fully fitted. All kitchen utensils are provided. The cottages are all electric (by card meter). Heating is provided by panel heaters in all rooms plus under floor heating in living rooms. Bed linen and duvets are supplied at no extra cost. A laundry and children’s play area are also provided on the park.
Our Location
Our Cottages provide the perfect location for your self catering vacation in Scotland. The cottages are situated in a conservation area on the outskirts of the historic town of Linlithgow, West Lothian, occupying 8.5 acres of wooded hillside. The central location of the lodges ensures easy access to much of Scotland's finest scenery and cities. The historic beauty of Edinburgh, the mountain splendour of the Trossachs, the stunning setting of Loch Lomond, and the superb shopping centre of Glasgow are but a few of the locations within easy reach.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only, and must not be allowed on furniture or in bedrooms, must not be left unattended, and must be kept under strict control. Guests must clean up after their dogs (poop scoops are available at the reception). A charge of £10 per pet will be incurred.
