The front door opens into a huge living/dining room with exposed stone walls and massive oak beams. The dining table seats 10 comfortably and the living area is divided into 2 sections with comfortable sofas and chairs.
The area by the open fireplace has a TV and dvd player with a selection of DVD's. The other part of the room has seating ideal for reading a book from the large collection provided, listening to music on the CD player or playing one of the many board games or cards supplied.
From this room there is a short flight of wooden stairs up to the fully equipped newly fitted kitchen with, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is also an iron and ironing board under the stairs and a full sized fridge and washing machine.
Also on this level is the second double bedroom. A charming bright room with window overlooking the countryside, hanging space, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
From the living room are stone steps leading down to the second shower room and a sweet little single bedroom with hanging space and bedside chest of drawers and lamp.
From a separate entrance hall wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom with 4 single beds, chest of drawers, hanging space and bedside tables with lamps.
Underneath the mezzanine is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A delightful room with white washed and exposed stone walls, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
A cot and mattress is available if required.
Two hairdyers are provided in both of the double bedrooms. Travel plugs are also provided.

The back door opens onto a small stone terrace with table and chairs. This catches the early morning sun making it a wonderful spot for your breakfast.
The large 11m x 5m swimming pool has roman steps at one end for easy access, a deep end and of course is fitted with an alarm for saftey.
The tiled terrace surrounding the pool has 5 sun loungers for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The garden is half an acre in size.
For a shady place to eat, there is a pretty Rose and Campsis covered terrace with a large table and ample seating for everyone to enjoy an alfresco meal cooked on the stone barbeque.
There is a badminton net and rackets and table tennis with bats for the youngsters or the young at heart.,
or sit on a bench and enjoy a glass of wine.
