Welcome to our Large Holiday Cottage in Devon
A detached cottage situated just 5mins walk from Dartmouth's bustling town centre.
Our cottage offers a lovely living room situated on the first floor and is flooded with light and has views of the river and the sea beyond from both windows. Off the living room is an open plan kitchen/dining room.
Situated on the ground floor off the hallway is the master bedroom. It has a king sized bed and en-suite shower room with under-floor heating and heated towel rail. The room also benefits from river views.
Also situated on the ground floor is a pretty twin room benefiting from 2 single beds and a separate door to the main bathroom. The second twin room is located on the lower ground floor and has a bunk bed and a small single with a truckle bed underneath, which can make 2 singles or a small double.
The bathroom has a double entrance from the twin room or from the landing.
Outside there are two terraces with seating areas outside affording wonderful views of the river.
