No 3 Buttlands Close is a charming and spacious period cottage in the pretty village of Binham. The cottage is well equipped and furnished. The spacious accommodation with central heating and a woodburning stove comprises:
Double height sitting room with exposed beams, flintwork and a woodburning stove. Comfortable seating, cd player, flat screen TV and dvd player, games and books. Dining area with table seating six with views over the garden. A short flight of stairs leads to the spacious mezzanine sitting area with vews to Binham priory. A sofabed for occasional use.
Separate, well equipped kitchen with range of units, electric cooker and hob, fridge with ice box and washing machine, Two steps lead down to the master bedroom with double bed, ample storage and bookshelves.
Bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, basin and WC, Off the sitting room is the bright twin bedded room with exposed flintwork, fitted wardrobe and ample storage.
Directly outside is a large shared garden with mature trees and shrubs. Garden seating provided. Parking for a single car in the covered bay. Further parking and laundry room onsite.
