Welcome to the Old Lifeboat Station
The outside door opens into the open plan living area, which has tiled flooring, in the seating area there is a very comfy L-shaped leather suite, glass effect coffee table, dvd player, widescreen tv mounted to wall. The kitchen, which opens off from the living area is fully equipped, with all that you need - even an ice maker. The toilet is lined with wet wall panelling, and there is a bath/electric shower and heated towel rail. The bedroom has tiled flooring, double bed, 3-piece chester drawers & wardrobe.
The apartment is very modern and tastefully decorated.
No telephone in the property so therefore no wifi available but the Library Learning Centre is not far away and provides this service.

Underfloor heating provided, all bed linen, towels and dish-towels are provided. In stock for your arrival is toilet/kitchen roll, dish washing liquid, dish washing tablets, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits & milk. Ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner are also available. Plus you will find a welcome pack on your arrival with a nice Shetland treat, all items in the pack are FREE for you to take away with you.

Check-In/Out Times Check-in time is from 08:00am and check-out time is 14:00pm, earlier check-in and later departure can be arranged, free of charge but will depend on availability at the time.
Payment Your initial payment comprises of a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance of the hire charge must be paid 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. The lessor may treat the booking as cancelled if the balance of the hire charge is not sent by this date. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, payment in full at the time of booking is required.
Cancellations
Please note that once a booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the whole cost of the holiday. However we will, in any event, endeavor to re-let the property and if successful, we will make a refund to the value of the re-let period, less a 10% administration charge. Accordingly, it is important that cancellations are intimated to us by telephone followed by immediate written confirmation. For this reason we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover every eventuality.
