One Tree House is a beautiful, detached, stone fronted cottage situated half a mile from both beaches of Pwllgwaelod and Cwm yr Eglwys.
Situated in the very peaceful and charming hamlet of Brynhenllan, the cottage enjoys stunning views of the rolling landscape of Dinas Head and enjoys glimpses of the sea from all bedrooms.
This new build property (completed Jan 2012) has been beautifully and sympathetically designed and enjoys all the benefits that modern construction can offer. It has a stunning ‘cathedral’ ceiling and rooflights to the open plan living and kitchen area which leads to a South facing and wonderfully private outside dining and living area.
The area has so much to offer, amazing coastal walks, beautiful beaches, fishing, boating, kayaking, horseriding, sailing ,art galleries and great pubs to mention but a few of its’ unique attractions.

One Tree House sleeps 8 people in 3 light and airy upstairs double bedrooms which are partially formed in the roof space with dormer windows and rooflights creating lovely ‘cosy’ feel. All bedrooms enjoy the benefit of ensuite bathrooms (3 showers one with a bath). Two of the bedrooms have super king
sized beds and a 3rd larger bedroom has 2 bunks sleeping 4.
The house has full gas central heating and undefloor heating to the open plan living and kitchen area.
The sitting room and open plan kitchen is wonderfully light and spacious with a double height ‘catherderal’ ceiling.
There are 2 comfortable settees and 2 arm chairs for sitting around the wood burner and large plasma screen T.V.
Spacious down stairs cloakroom for hanging coats and W.C.
The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with granite work tops, a large range cooker, double Belfast sink, microwave and up to date utensils.
There is a double garage built into the house with direct access to the kitchen via a small staircase. The garage is fully decorated and heated and contains a utility space complete with soild wood worktops, washing machine, freezer, belfast sink and drying area. The garage can be used for parking one small car and standard saloon car or can be used to store the usual gear that builds up on wonderful seaside holidays. It could also be used to keep boats, kayaks etc all well out of the way of the main living space.
outside
The sitting room French doors open out onto a beautifully private, enclosed and sunny natural courtyard paved in black slate. It has a table and chairs to sit and enjoy a bbq or alfresco dining. There is outside lighting and power points to extend the enjoyment of this lovely space well into the evenings.
The house is accessed via two sets of 3 steps and leads to a covered porch to the front door.
As the name suggest the property benefits from the retention of a stunning single ‘Scots Pine’ which defines the entrance to the site.
The garden area and outside areas are fully enclosed so pets and children cant wander.
