Ground Floor
Hall, Living Room with colour tv, sky box (bring your own card), double sofa and two chairs, hall area, bathroom W/C with bath and shower over, fitted kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, fridge and microwave, door out to porch area.
First Floor
2 bedrooms, sleeps a maximum of 4 people + a baby. Main bedroom consists of a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and ample room for a travel cot. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe with drawer space. Landing area with seperate toilet and wah hand basin.
Front of property
Patio area with patio furniture and ample carparking space in the car park to the front of Westbourne House.
What is included
Oil cental heating and electricity. Beds have duvets and pillows. Alaunderette is provided on site which is operated by coin meters, iron and iron board provided free of charge along with a drying green.
What you need to bring
Duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and sky card.
