Our priority is to ensure that guests can reserve accommodation to suit so we put no restriction on the number of nights booked, or set arrival days. We aim to be as flexible as possible to ensure your needs are met.
We are situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of an authentic 16C Palazzo in the old town, which is lined with cobbled streets. There is no wheelchair or lift access but the spectacular views are worth the effort.

There is a wealth of seasonal activities and opportunities to explore the unspoilt area of Le Marche. It is a location you can visit all year round either for a short break or longer holiday.
Spring - walking and cycling in the Sibillini mountains. Historic tours, cookery courses, art classes, learn Italian - time to try something new.
Summer - avoid the overcrowded beaches and take a leisurely picnic or swim in the beautiful blue waters of Lake Fiastra. Enjoy an evening of outdoor opera in Macerata. Summer is sagra time and every town in Le Marche likes an excuse to celebrate - food festivals, music such as the annual Perugia Jazz Festival, art, entertainment, and medieval enactments; seeped in history, there are many cultural experiences in the local towns in and around Sarnano.
Autumn - it's the highly prized white truffle-hunting season and the autumn colours are ablaze. This is the perfect time to enjoy a truffle hunting tour or an olive oil or wine tasting tour - there are many exceptional regional docg wines from the vineyards of Le Marche that you won't find in the supermarkets. The international Truffle Fair at Acqualagna is held early October and the annual Eurochocolate Festival in Perugia 14-23 October, attracted nearly 1 million visitors last year.
Winter - the perfect location for a long ski weekend holiday. Our luxury, chic hotel, offers the perfect winter retreat. Only 20 minutes scenic drive to the nearest slopes, great après ski bars and authentic restaurants. Fabulous, cosy rooms to come back to at the end of a fun day and you can relax and unwind in a Jacuzzi bath if you upgrade to ‘Bellavista’ our superior room with absolutely stunning mountain views. Our boutique B&B extends into a luxury chalet style apartment with the extended use of our 25' lounge. 2 sofas, warm throws, rugs, pellet stove, Sony surround sound, plasma tv, a selection of books and games, in-house drinks and half board option.
