Bayside luxury Apartment
The spacious ground floor self-contained luxury apartment, is ideal for families wishing to holiday together. The apartment, large terrace and gardens have splendid views over the estuary of the River Camel to Rock and also of the Iron Bridge and Monument. The rolling hills and peaceful green fields make it hard to believe that the busy harbour is only a few minutes walk along the Camel Trail, trackbed of the old railway line, which lies nearby.
The apartment cmprises of a spacious lounge/dining room with sliding doors to patio and gardens and stunning estuary views. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. There are four bedrooms - the master bedroom has a double bed and tv, with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, which also enjoys views of the estuary. The second bedroom has 3' bunk beds, with French windows leading to patio and gardens, also with estuary views. The third bedroom has 3' twin beds and estuary views. The fourth bedroom is a double-bedded room including TV with views of the rear garden and en-suite with shower, toilet and basin. There is a separate bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
The property is double-glazed with gas central heating; and all the rooms are larger than average. The double garage contains a washing machine and tumble drier. Duvets, bedlinen, gas and electricity, patio furniture and a gas bbq are all provided within the tariff. There is ample parking. One well behaved dog is permitted by prior arrangement. The nearest grocery shop is 2 minutes walk away.
Harylyn Cottage
Our accommodation is a smart three bedroom house, is in a superb location, 100 yards from the beautiful sheltered and sandy Harlyn Bay.
Harlyn Cottage has one king size double bedroom with sea views, one twin overlooking the garden, and a 3ft bunk bedroom also with sea views. There is a fully equipped bathroom, with bath, shower attachment, wc and handbasin.
Downstairs is a comfy living room leading through to a sunny fitted kitchen / dining room. French windows lead out to the rear garden.
Outside the cottage there is a small grassed area at the front and a neat enclosed sunny paved rear garden, with barbecue, picnic table and woodland behind. There is ample off street parking.
