The building dates back to the xviii century, where it was owned by the Sebastianelli’s, a noble family, who enjoyed many riches and properties in the area.
Green foliages surround the building, even though it is located in the heart of the historic quarter (which by the locals is referred to as ‘Piedimonte Vecchio’ – ‘Old Piedimonte’). More accurately, it rises from the feet of the monastery ‘San Pasquale’, which is easily within reach, enjoying a scenic walk through the plant life.
Always keeping in mind the time period and valuing the characteristics, the building of Palazzo Valente was recently entirely restructured.
