 Panteidal farmhouse & gatehouse, the farm sleeps 8 having 3 double bedrooms all ensuite, two bedrooms can be twins if required, there is also a kingsize sofabed in the snug.the roof terrace of the farm has views over the estuary and comfortable seating , there is a further terrace outside the kitchen with a large gas bbq and all weather whicker furniture.

The gatehouse sleeps 4 , the main bedroom is a double, on the first floor the bedroom can be made up as two twins or a kingsize, there is a fabulous downstairs bathroom with shower and an adjoining utility with toilet, outside is a wooden decking area with gas bbq and all weather whicker seating.

The grounds extend to over 4 acres and it is possible to walk over the wooded hillside above the property, there are two ornamental ponds in the landscaped gardens so children need to be supervised .

12 guests can eat in the farmhouse if both properties are booked together.

When booking either the farmhouse or gatehouse you can use the facilities at nearby Plas Talgarth, indoor pool, outdoor pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, childrens adventure play area....
